Lumary WFM - This article explains how to approve completed worker appointments.
Worker appointments are complete when workers have completed their session or shift on the Lumary mobile app. These completed worker appointments are now ready for approval to be included as part of the workers' timesheets.

Completed worker appointments are automatically approved if they fall within the worker appointment approval tolerance. That is, if the variance between the scheduled start date/time (or scheduled end date/time) and the actual start date/time (or actual end date/time) is less than the tolerance set, they are automatically approved.
Default value for Worker Appointment Approval Tolerance is 15 minutes.
However, if the completed worker appointments fall outside the timesheet entry tolerance, these will need to be manually approved.
Follow the steps below to manually approve the worker appointments:
- Navigate to the Worker Appointment tab by clicking it on the top tab bar. If it’s not available, click on the App Launcher icon (nine dots on the top left hand side of the screen) and type in Worker Appointment.
- By default, you would have landed on the Recently Viewed list view. Select the dropdown and change the list view to Requiring Approval. This will give you a view of all worker appointments requiring manual approval.
- If you would like to edit the worker appointment record (e.g. worker has forgotten to clock out, clocked out at the wrong time, etc.), you may select the dropdown icon on the right hand side of the record and proceed to select Edit.
- Once the worker appointment record is ready for approval, you may directly update the Approved column from the list view.
- If you would prefer to update these in bulk, you can select Approved for multiple worker appointment records from the list view.
- Once all relevant records are selected, proceed to select Save at the bottom of the page.
Approved worker appointment records will only appear in timesheets the next day, after the automated overnight scheduled job is run.
You can manually run the scheduled job clicking the 'Process Worker Appointments' button.
Once you've successfully approved the completed worker appointments, you can review and submit timesheets.
