On-call sessions during which you have logged an on-call disturbance will be set to in progress and you will be required to follow the steps below to complete the session.
On-call sessions where you don't receive any calls will be completed on your behalf automatically and no further action is required.

To complete your In Progress on-call session after it has ended:
- Type your name into the global search box above the navigation bar. Both your Contact record and your User record will be listed.
- Click on your Contact record to open your worker contact page.
- Click into the Calendar tab.
- Hover over your recent on-call sessions to check that they are all marked as COMPLETE. Days when you received and logged calls will show as IN PROGRESS until you follow the steps below to complete them.
- Click on the On-Call link on the session. The session page will open in a new tab or window.
- On the session page, click the Complete Session button in the top right.
- Review the On-Call Disturbance activities and make changes if necessary:
- Click on the pencil icon to update the actual start and/or end time for the remote work you performed related to a call.
- Make the required adjustments to the start and/or end times.
- Review/update the reason.
- Click Confirm.
- Click the bin icon if the activity was not completed.
- Click the plus icon to add a new disturbance if remote work time is missing from the recorded activities. Note, if another call was received and hasn't been logged, you should first log the call and then return back to complete the session.
- Enter the start and end times.
- Provide a brief description in the reason field.
- Click Confirm.
- Click on the pencil icon to update the actual start and/or end time for the remote work you performed related to a call.
- Click Save.
- Close the Session page tab or window to return to your worker Contact page.
- You may need to refresh the Contact page for the Calendar to reflect the updated session status.
- Check for any remaining past sessions marked as IN PROGRESS and repeat from step 5 above to complete each one. Sessions which are yet to occur will show as ROSTERED and no action is required for these yet.
