Lumary WFM - This article explains how to add ad-hoc availability for a worker.
You may add ad-hoc availability on behalf of a worker if they have additional once-off availabilities on top of their typical availability. Note that their typical availability is defined by availability templates and contact availability templates (see glossary for more information around these terms).
Once the ad-hoc availabilities have been created, you’ll be able to see the availabilities' date and time represented in green on the Live Roster calendar.

This article assumes that you have already created a new worker record or have access to an existing worker record. If you have not completed those steps, head over to find out how to add them from the user console.
- Navigate to the worker record by searching for their name in the Global Search bar on the top.
- While on the worker record, navigate to the Ad-Hoc Availabilities related tab.
- Click New against the Ad-Hoc Availabilities related tab.
- Fill in the following information and click Save:
- Start Date/Time
- End Date/Time
- Availability Type: defaults to available
- Description (optional)
- Repeat the creation process if the worker has multiple ad-hoc availabilities.
