- Click on the App Launcher.
- Type "Minimum Pay Rates" and select the Minimum Pay Rate object.
- Create a new list view called "By Interpretation Rule".

- Expiry Date = null (to show only active records)
- Add these fields to display:
- Minimum Pay Rate Name
- Pay Code
- Timesheet Activity
- Project Code
- Parent Minimum Pay Rate
- Award Classification
- Award Level
- Interpretation Rule
- Pay Rate
- Effective Date
- Expiry Date
Working with parent and child MPRs
Child MPR records appear beneath their parent records in the update interface. You can update child MPRs alongside their parent MPRs, provided the child records already contain a pay rate.
Important: Child MPR records must be manually selected for inclusion - they won't automatically appear in the Update Rates interface.
Update parent and child together
- Select both parent and child MPR records from your list view.
- Click Update Rates.
- Choose your update method.
- Child MPRs will appear under their parent MPR in an accordion menu.
- Follow the standard update process.
Note: Child MPRs with $0 or blank pay rates cannot be updated through this interface, but their expiry dates will be set and new records created with the same dates as other updated MPRs.
Update parent first, then child
If child rates need different increases than their parent:
- Update the parent MPR first using the standard process.
- Select child records separately and update them.
- The child records will automatically link to the updated parent when confirmed.
Important: When you update a parent MPR, the system will expire any active child MPRs linked to it, even if you didn't select the child MPRs for update.
