Lumary WFM - This article explains how to record attendance for group appointments using Lumary mobile.
You can use Lumary mobile to record if a client didn't attend a group session. This option is only available for In Progress sessions.

Once you're at a group session, you can use Lumary mobile to record if a client failed to attend. This saves double handling and ensures a more timely and accurate attendance record. To record attendance at a group session:
- Go to your Lumary home screen.
- Tap on the current In Progress Session.
- You’ll be taken to the Session Details screen.
- Tap on the Mark Attendance button. If attendance has already been taken, the attendance report will be shown.
- Uncheck the box next to any client who didn't attend.
- Click Next. The attendance report will be shown.
- If you need to make any changes, check the Retake Attendance box and click Next to return to step 5.
- Click Next to close the form.
Attendance can also be marked from the Session page on desktop.
Once you've finished any transport and service delivery, you can use Lumary mobile to complete the session.
