Lumary WFM - This article explains how to record client attendance for a group session.
Once a group session appears on the scheduling calendar, you can click on the session title and navigate to the session page to maintain client attendance records.

Supported in: Lumary DC
To review client attendance for a session:
- Go to the calendar and locate the session
- Click on the session title
This will open the session page.
- Click on the Mark Group Attendance button to review or record client attendance.
If this button is not visible, it may be because the session hasn't started yet, it isn't a group session, or it's a draft session from a base roster or roster period.
If the session is complete and the attendance record has already been taken, the attendance report will be shown.
If the session is still in progress or attendance has not yet been marked, you will be prompted to record attendance.
Each client will be listed and marked off as in attendance by default. Clients who cancelled prior will not be listed.
- Uncheck the box next to any client/s who did not attend.
- Click Next.
The attendance report will be shown. If a Retake Attendance checkbox is shown, you can tick this box to make changes to the attendance record.
- Click Next to close the form.
Attendance can also be marked from Lumary Mobile during a session.
