Use the Rostered Hours extract to export a CSV file of worker appointment data — covering both shifts and sessions — for a selected date range. This provides information on workers' rostered hours, taking into consideration unpaid breaks and sleepovers. The export can then be opened in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers for reporting and analysis.

Before you begin
- The maximum date range for a single extract is 3 months. If you need data beyond 3 months, run separate extracts.
- Large date ranges and appointments can extend the extract and file generation time.
- The date and time values in the export are based on the rostered worker's user time zone.
- When shifts are enabled, session hours that fall within a shift are not counted separately — only the shift's total hours are used.
