View an existing base roster

Lumary WFM - This article explains how to find and open an existing base roster.

Once you've set up a base roster, you can use it to add workers, appointments and shifts. To do this, you'll need to get back to your base roster. You can use the global search to locate your base roster by name, or you can select a base roster from the Scheduling tab.

To select a base roster:

1. Click on the Scheduling tab in the nav bar.

If you can't see this tab, you may need to check under the More drop-down list or click on the App Launcher nine dot grid and search for scheduling.

2. This will open the live Scheduling roster. The green Scheduling tag in the top part of the calendar shows that you're on the live Scheduling roster.
3. Click on the Roster Mode button.
4. Click on Select an existing Roster.
5. In the Search Rosters... field, start typing the name of your roster.
6. Click on the name of your roster when it appears on the list.
7. Click on the Open Roster button.

Once you've selected an existing base roster, you can:

• associate workers
• create individual appointments
• create group appointments
• assign suitable workers, or
• create a new roster period.
