The criteria of a worker required to be selected and assigned to a shift or session:
| Criteria | Description |
|---|---|
| Contact Type | The Contact Type of the contact record is Employee (worker). This is automatically set when creating the contact as a Worker record type. |
| Active Status | The worker's Status is Active. |
| Start Date | The worker's Start Date is before or on the Start Date of the shift/session. This will be based on the worker's user time zone. |
| End Date | The worker's End Date (if populated) is after or on the End Date of the shift/session. This will be based on the worker's user time zone. |
| Blocklist | The worker is not blocklisted against other workers or clients on the session. |
The worker's start date and end date criteria are not taken into consideration when rostering in the Base Roster as it is date agnostic.
