Lumary WFM - This article explains how to get started with the Lumary mobile experience, including downloading the app, logging in and switching between Lumary apps.
Lumary mobile gives workers a simple interface to:
- track the time they spend on appointments, travel and transport
- manage their availability and leave
- view their timesheets, and
- make claims for expenses.

The articles in this section explain how to use Lumary's mobile features through the Salesforce App on iOS and Android mobile phone devices. The standard desktop Lumary experience can be accessed on tablet devices through the browser, using Google Chrome on a Windows tablet or Safari on an iPad.

This article explains how to:
Download the Salesforce app
From your phone, tap on one of the following icons to download and install the Salesforce app.
Log in
To log into the Salesforce app, use your usual Lumary credentials:
- Username - your email address that you use to log into Lumary on a desktop browser, and
- Password - your Lumary password that you use to log into Lumary on a desktop browser.
You may be asked to enter a verification code. This will be sent to the email address linked to your Salesforce account. If your business uses an authenticator app for multi-factor authentication (MFA), the code may appear in that app.

Set up the app to use the mobile experience
To get the most out of using Lumary on a mobile phone device, set up the Salesforce app to use Lumary Mobile:
- If you're not already on the Menu screen, tap on the Menu button at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on App Launcher.
- Select Lumary Mobile.
- Tap on Lumary Mobile Home.
Log out
We recommend that you log out of the app when you're not using it. To do this:
- Tap your profile picture in the top left hand corner.
- Select Log Out.
- Tap Yes to confirm.
