Lumary WFM - This article explains how to add a case note on Lumary mobile.
Lumary enables you to create case notes from customised templates. Case notes form part of a client's contact record and can be linked to previous case notes or client goals as noted in their goal achievement plan.
To create a case note, your system administrator will need to have created a case note template.
To add a case note:
- Go to the client's record.
- Tap on Create Case Note.
- The Date field should auto-populate with today's date.
- Tap in the Note Template field and select a template from the drop-down list.
- If applicable, tap in the Related Appointment field and select a session from the drop-down list.
- Tap the Next button.
- In the Case Note Details section, the Case Note Title / Subject field will be auto-populated from the template name but can be changed if required.
- In the Case Note field, add the details of the case note using the data from the template as a guide.
The fields that appear in the rest of the form will vary, depending on what was enabled in the template.

| Hold back from invoicing (coming soon) | You will be able to indicate that you want the Service Delivered (SD) record held back from invoicing. This will uncheck the client accepted checkbox on the SD, and prompt you to provide a reason which will be saved to the SD comments. |
| Goal linkage | You will be prompted to link the case note to one or more client goals if applicable. |
| Share | You will have the option of sharing the case note with people on the Clients Contacts list. |

| Previous note | You will be able to see your previous note for this client. |
| Non-billable time | (coming soon) |
| Goal attainment scale | If your case note is for an appointment session and you have linked it to one or more goals, you will be able to record a goal attainment score. |
| Assessment upload | You will be able to record and upload an assessment. |
Tap the buttons to turn them on or off and add details as required.
- In the Note Settings area, the Note Status will be set by default to Complete. If you need to keep the note as a draft, tap in the field and select Draft from the drop-down list.
- Tap the Next button.
- If this case note is to be linked to an Assessment, enter the Assessment details on this next screen.
- Tap the Next button.
- If you need to upload an assessment document, tap on the Upload Files link to add a file from your device.
- Tap the Next button.
- If you need to add general attachments, tap on the Upload Files link to add a file from your device. Note This screen will only appear if the option to upload files has been enabled in the template.
