Lumary WFM - This article explains how to view client's details on the Lumary mobile app. You may only view a client's details while on the session record.
While on a client's record, you can:
- view and edit client details
- view and create case notes
- view and submit incident reports or feedback
- view client alerts
- view related client information (e.g. Health Conditions, Risks, Plans, etc.)
- view the client' circle of support (e.g. related contacts and associated providers)
- view client files, and
- view recent activities.

Permissions to view, edit or create specific client or client related records are subject to your organisation's security requirements and customisation.
To get to a client's information:
- Go to the Lumary mobile home page.
- Tap on the relevant rostered Session Name.
- All clients attending the session will be listed under Clients. Tap on the client's name to go to their record and see more information about them.
