This feature allows schedulers to save their preferred calendar filter settings on the base roster, roster period and scheduling calendars, and set a default filter to automatically apply each time the calendar is opened or refreshed. Multiple filters can be saved and quickly switched between — for example, saving individual filters for different sites. This simplifies calendar navigation and reduces repetitive steps in daily planning.
Filters apply across the base roster, roster period, and scheduling calendars. Only users with the Lumary - Manage Calendar Filters permission set can create, edit, or delete public filters.
