Enabling draft base rosters

Lumary WFM - This article explains how to enable the custom setting that allows schedulers the ability to draft changes to a base roster.

By default, making changes to a base roster is immediately applied, and future roster periods created will contain the changes. The Enable Draft Base Roster setting adds functionality that lets schedulers create a draft of an existing or new base roster to draft changes. The draft can then be finalised, and the changes will be applied to the active base roster.

Required packages and permissions

Available with: Lumary WFM 2.14 and later

Permission: System administrator
A System Administrator needs to complete these steps.

1. Click on the setup icon, the gear cog on the Lumary ribbon, and select Setup.
2. Type custom settings in the Quick Find search box and select Custom Settings.
3. Click on the Manage link to the left next to Lumary Settings. 
4. Click the Edit button. This will allow you to edit the Lumary Settings.
5. Tick the box next to Enable Draft Base Roster.

6. Click Save
