Use this process if you require a payment entity to have a default logo to display on pay advices.
Warning: Use this process if no logo is associated on the pay advice template.
The logo file must have the following specifications:
- Must be uploaded to the Files tab
- The logo needs to be
- Smaller than 20 kb
- File format must be png, or jpg
- File name must contain the word ‘logo' (i.e. it could be either logo.jpg or Companylogo.gif
or PayAdvicelogo.png or something similar) or else it will not be displayed as the logo.

Note:
• If you attach a logo file to a pay advice template record similar to the payment entity record, it overrides the logo attached to the payment entity.
• If two or more logo files are uploaded on the same payment entity record, the system will randomly select one of those as the logo on the PDF files.
To add a logo to a payment entity:
- Select the App Launcher and in the search bar type Accounts. Select Accounts from the search results.
- Locate the payment entity you wish to add the logo. Note the list view you are in and make sure you select the correct payment entity.
- On the payment entity, select the Related tab.
- Scroll to the Files section.
- Ensure that your logo is named correctly and is in one of the file formats that Lumary accepts.
- You can either drag and drop the log or upload the file from where you have saved it.
- Click on Done.
- The logo will now be saved.
