If a session is linked to a Supported Accommodation site, the Bulk Add Clients button is available on session creation, and enables a user to assign multiple clients to the session at once.
A session is linked to a Supported Accommodation site when the session location is set to site, and the selected site is configured as an Accommodation Services site with a Supported Accommodation location type
Appointments for clients using Bulk Add Clients can be created from:
- a base roster
- a roster period, or
- the live Scheduling roster.
Only clients associated with the session’s site, based on their Associated Site record, are available for selection.
You may add clients in bulk during session creation or modify multiple client appointment records at once on an existing session.
Add clients in bulk during session creation
- Click Roster Session (on Base Roster, Roster Period) or New Session (on live Scheduling roster)
- Fill in the session details and choose a supported accomodation site for the session location
- Click Next
- Click Bulk Add Clients on the Attendees screen
- Select one of the following:
- Select All to add all clients associated with the supported accommodation site, or
- Select individual clients in Available and move them to Selected to assign them to the session
- Click Save
For group appointments, clients are automatically added to the session based on group program membership and cannot be removed. This ensures group work type sessions remain accurate.
